Refund policy

Customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, and all other fees upon arrival of the purchase to the country noted in the customer's shipping address.  Please check your local government agency for these costs. Refunds are not given for items returned because the customer refused to pay the applicable fees.

Should you wish to return an item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and ship the item back to the company, Delightful Discoveries Antiques, fully insured, at your own expense within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original condition with a valid store receipt. A refund will not be issued until all requirements are met and the returned item is received by the company, Delightful Discoveries Antiques, and acceptable condition is confirmed.

All purchases are shipped fully insured. If a refund is requested due to the receipt of damaged items, pictures of the damaged item in the original packaging must be provided with the refund request. The pictures are required by the insurance provider to consider a claim for damaged items. If any damage is caused by the buyer, the purchase cannot be returned and a refund will not be issued. These stipulations are in addition to those stated above in the first paragraph.

It may take up to 14 business days to process a refund after all requirements are met and the company has agreed to issue a refund.
