This is a Meiji period cloisonne charger with traditional Japanese cloisonne subjects, flowers and butterflies. The bronze cloisons are all intact.
There is some minor enamel loss that is consistent with age. There are also surface scratches. The charger has an old adhesive sticker as well as other adhesive residue on the base.
