Lovely enameled copper trinket box featuring a lady, likely an immortal, riding on a phoenix on a white background. The borders are decorated in a floral pattern using traditional famille rose colors. The enamel is in very good condition. There is a sticker on the base that reads "People's Republic of China" which dates the box to the early to mid 20th century. There are no other markings on the box.
